We use ‘Montessori’ teaching with all of our children. Fundamental to the Montessori approach is the belief that a child’s early years – from birth to five – are the period when they have the greatest capacity to learn.
Located between Rayners Lane and South Harrow, Rayners Lane Montessori is an inspiring Nursery & Pre-School for children 6 months to 5 years of age.
We have created a bright, homely & friendly environment, with individually focused areas of learning. We are proud to offer sports and yoga classes.
We enjoy a large outdoor space for our children’s physical play.
Our doors are always open to you, and we encourage you to visit regularly and observe your child work and thrive at Rayners Lane Montessori School.

We are part of a ‘Good’ Nursery & Pre-school group who are continuously working towards ‘Outstanding’
We are open all year round, apart from bank holidays and 1 week between Christmas and New years
Our opening times are 8.00 am until 6.00 pm

Parents are exceptionally well consulted on their children's development. They have excellent opportunities to attend coffee mornings, social events and various workshops such as, language and behaviour management.

Staff provide high-quality support quickly and effectively, so that children make outstanding progress in all aspects of their learning and development. Children develop excellent communication skills. Staff spend a significant amount of their time playing with children, talking to them and extending their learning.
